WGM have used FFP Ltd for the last four years to provide a combination of contracted M&E services, and bespoke installations services. FFP Ltd originally won the M&E contract via tender in opposition to the landlord's existing contractor, primarily on the basis that they more accurately assessed the works required to maintain our infrastructure, and during the last four years they have; provided quality engineers who have maintained our M&E infrastructure to a high standard sufficiently so that we were happy to enter into our third maintenance contract. FFP Ltd have also undertaken a number of installation works varying from M&E to building works which drew the praise of ourselves and the building management.
