As with maintenance, our approach to refurbishment is to win our clients’ business for the long term. Many of our competitors focus on getting as much as they can from clients by charging for hidden extras. We always quote a fixed cost, with no extras, and we have never charged a client more than this. We believe in putting in a realistic bid at the outset and then sticking to it. That’s because we are looking not just at this job but at every future job that a satisfied client will request.

When a client comes to us with a refurbishment job, we produce a space plan and mood boards for your approval. We then take care of every part of the job, including partitioning, lighting, floors, ceilings, network outlets, air-conditioning, workstations and chairs. We also make sure we get all the necessary approvals from local authorities, landlords and building control. Your downtime during refurbishment is expensive, so deadlines are tight. We stop at nothing to get the job finished on time, and we have never yet taken longer than we estimated.

The job doesn’t end once the refurbishment is complete. We will be in touch immediately to make sure everything is to your specification and that you’re happy. We follow up quickly with any extra work, whether that means fixing a problem or just installing an extra network outlet.
