FFP is a family-run company, established by Mike Bradley in 2001 and managed by his two sons, Darren and Dean. They saw a gap in the market for honest, dependable and transparent facilities management. As a result, FFP has been growing rapidly and now has a turnover of £3 million.
Mike was previously MD of a company specialising in refurbishments and design-and-build projects. His clients included Oracle, Nokia and government departments. ‘We welcome people who come to us with problems,’ says Mike, ‘because our business is solving them.’
Darren was a senior executive in the same company, specialising in client service. ‘We’ll do the whole lot,’ he says, ‘from replacing a single lock late at night to building a whole new office with just a few days’ notice’. And there’s always a follow-up call to make sure the client is happy.
Dean, Mike’s other son, was in the capital markets industry before joining FFP. He knows how important the working environment is: ‘There’s no tolerance of downtime,’ he says, ‘so the environment must be perfect.’
